I would have to say no... You must understand that the information he gives is meant to start you on the path of becoming an internet marketer not be the end. I purchased Jeff Pauls Shortcut to internet millions package and recieved it in the mail and I loved it. I use his blue print for writing sales copy on my own page to make it convert... About the websites I never used them or his products..
Why?
Because like he says in all of his teaching info products sell the best so I sell my own and profit up to $1500 per package I sell... The greatest thing about is is that I don't need a ton of traffic to make good money because I use a system that makes people submit an application to me...
